Membership is open to the businesses offering Information Communication Technology Tools Access in Public Places, as by way of service providers or resellers.

They are largely referred as Cyber Cafe operators, Public telecommunication service provider, Community radio, and Community Internet service provider.

The members are inducted on the approval of the executive committee members or to those authorised by the Managing committee.
